Tokyo Arts and Space (TOKAS)

A Tokyo Metropolitan Government art program running an International Creator Residency alongside Curator and Research tracks. The International Creator program selects six creators a year (two per three-month period) and provides airfare, a per diem, a project fee, a private living space, and a shared studio, culminating in an open studio or presentation at TOKAS Hongo.
