A leading contemporary art hub in Kampala (Ugandan Arts Trust), founded in 2011, with a purpose-built art centre featuring artist studios and Uganda's only specialist art library. It runs three-month residencies and self-funded residencies in which artists, researchers, architects, and curators rent studio space; a separate fellowship is offered in partnership with Gasworks, London.
